Athol Kay over at RE Agent in Connecticut runs a series called the Bad MLS photo of the Day. I love reading his blog and watching this series. But this photo takes the proverbial cake.
If you are going to take your own listing photos, please have some professionalism when taking the photos. Remove the people from the picture. When I am looking for a house i don’t want to seem some little twerp and his mom or nanny’s back side.
