Well for those of you who know Sellsius you can now signup and start using the could be the greatest realestate listing site to be created.

For those of you who don’t know about Sellius check them here

The Sellsius site will feature property listings of all stripes, profiles for agents, appraisers and others working in real estate-related occupations, classified listings, and user-generated content in the form of article and forum contributions. It’s free to search and there is an annual membership fee of about 30 bucks to post property information.(See Inman News.)

One thing that is awesome about Sellsius is how the search function is designed to work. I hate it when I go to realtor.com and search for a 3 bedroom house and get a 4 bedroom. Sellsius has worked very hard to deliver the most accurate search results and I think they are on the right path.
