I was speaking with a customer this weekend and I was surprised they didn’t know that there are certain key strokes you can use to make some tasks quicker.

Here is a short list for Microsoft PC

Select All - CTRL+A
Copy - CTRL+C
Cut - CTRL+X
Paste - CTRL+V
Bold - CTRL+B
Italics - CTRL+I
Underline - CTRL+U

To find more shortcuts when using any program look to the right of any command that you can click on and if there is a keyboard shortcut it will show you the command. See the picture below.
